I did the Meze cooking class and it was THE BEST! Exceeded expectations by far! The class is very well put together; starting at the market to try spices and then hands on at the kitchen. Taciser was lovely and the experience at a local house kitchen is simply unbeatable. Great talk, superb food, and honest people behind this experience. Wonderful experience! Booking was simple and quick, it was myself and 2 daughters 10 and 13. She accommodated the kids wonderfully and included them. Even though my one is a picky eater, they encouraged her nicely and were not offended when she didn’t try/eat something. The food was some of the best we’d had since being in Türkiye! I would suggest taking the class at the beginning of your trip, so informative if you’ve never eaten Turkish food before! Absolutely would highly recommend Turkish Flavours.

The spice market and lunch at Ciya were excellent. Taciser was very knowledgeable and also helpful with purchases we wanted to make. Definitely worthwhile!
