My hotel reception recomend to the this hamam what he said we had more than what we expect. reaaly nice atmospher very relaxing music during the turkish bat treatment .

I was with my girlfriend for a couple of days.The reception who worked in hotel Buhara family inn recommended us this Hamam and it was the best experience we had ever. We really enjoyed in this hamam everything was excellent. The staff who works Hamam had great experience I would definitely recommend for everyone who is solo or couple. Thank you very much

Our experience was rather underwhelming. Masseuses we’re very good and professional. However the way we were welcomed and overall experience wasn’t special at all. There were also some awkward moments when my mother and I had to walk from hamam to massage room across the reception area in our towels only, and no one seemed to think that we should’ve had some cover over our shoulders, or better yet our (very messy) wet hair. Needless to say there were men in reception area. This kind of layout (hamam, sauna, steam room to one side to I d side from reception and massage rooms to the other) is not how a spa should be like. They make it a point that clients can spend as much time in jacuzzi, steam room, sauna as they want after hamam, but really why would any want it after the treatment? Especially if your package includes massage (ours did), going to jacuzzi was rather counterproductive. At the end, we weren’t offered tea or water, and off we went, thirsty and disappointed. There are a lot of good hamam treatments in istanbul, no point wasting your time on this one.

All you need to know before going there. Is it hammam ? I don’t think so. It’s not my first time in Istanbul and not the first time experiencing Turkish bath. Every time I come to Istanbul I try new places and this time I came with a friend and I was happy to take her for hammam for the first time… well, 65€ each wasted for nothing. Massage wasn’t good, the therapists were talking constantly meanwhile doing massage for me and my friend. They were in a rush for some reason, so basically she just rubbed my back with oils, even tho I asked the therapist to concentrate on my neck and shoulders. I wanted to leave in the middle of massage but I’ve decided to give a try to hammam, because I was sure you can’t spoil hammam experience at least… how wrong I was about it. It’s not hammam, they basically washed us with foam and that’s it. No refreshment tea or a drink was offered after all, they just left us in the relaxation room and rushed to chit chat. I hope the owner or whoever is in charge will reconsider the price or the service sequence and will train the staff how to deal with customers. I wish them all the best but I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.
