Al Mashowa

Al Mashowa which means ‘little boat’ in Arabic, represents the best of Emirati seafood cuisine. Fresh local produce and spices are blended together with traditional Emirati recipes that have been carried forward from generations to give guests the most authentic local flavours. Al Mashowa’s aims to take guests on a culinary journey through time and re-create traditional seafood dishes that have originated in UAE. The restaurant exterior has been inspired by the traditional local houses built with corals and seashells whilst the interiors have elements that come from the sea, from paintings and ropes to sea poems. The menu primarily features Emirati seafood dishes as well as a selective collection of meat and international dishes to please diverse palates. At Al Mashowa, guests are connected with Emirati culture & tradition through its food and the feeling that comes from the Arabian DNA.
