Wow what can I say! Each piece inside this lovely shop is unique and unlike what you will see any where else . All of the ceramics were high quality and the staff were very welcoming without being too pushy for a sale . We were able to watch the process of making the ceramics and also trying our hand at pottery too. Although we didn’t buy anything we loved our visit to this shop and listening to the owner passionately explaining how much work goes in to each of their pieces. The prices for a small item range from about 50 USD to 150USD but for larger works they can get in to the thousands . If you are in Istanbul . This shop is worth a visit

Tree of Life is a wonderful place to find genuine Iznik artwork done by masters and to take home a piece of Ottoman history. Kaan was super patient with me, teaching me all about the craft, and went through a ton of their collection to ensure I found the one I loved the most. The piece I ended up getting was by Salih Sarican, a master known for his intricate designs. They always made me feel comfortable, and never tried to sell me on anything. Instead, they just focused on educating me on their products. You can be sure that you’d come away with a quality piece. They were even as kind as to deliver my item directly to my hotel due to my travel restrictions. Love everything that they stand for!

Highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. Stunning collection of artistic and practical ceramics and tiles. Ideal for small souvenirs or larger items for the home. Owners made us feel very welcome. No real pressure to buy and interesting explanation for the designs we looked at. Most definitely worth a visit.

Amazing shop with the most beautiful ceramic/quartz tiles. The pieces that I purchased in Istanbul arrived safely at my home in the USA and are fabulous. Even if you don't make a purchase, this store is well worth the visit. The owner is gracious and entertaining. My order did arrive about two weeks later than i expected but it did arrive safely. I have never seen such robust packaging--it was in a specially made, heavy duty wooden crate with an enormous amount of tape and bubble wrap! Great job on the packaging.
